At The Forum, residents have a real voice in the community they call home. As a resident-owned nonprofit, The Forum is guided by the Retirement Housing Corporation (RHC), whose Board of Directors is made up of Forum residents elected by their fellow members. Together with the Executive Director, they help shape the future of the community.

The RHC Board also appoints the RSI Board of Directors, bringing together Forum residents and community professionals to offer insight, expertise, and guidance. It’s a structure that keeps residents at the heart of the decisions that matter most.
