Nancy Grove holds an M.D. and an M.B.A. and spent her career as a physician and healthcare leader, including leading a $70 million clinical laboratory operation for Sutter Health. Her work taught her the importance of financial accountability, measurable outcomes, and responsible management.

Nancy and her husband, Bill, have lived at The Forum for five years. She has held leadership roles in the Sustainability and Landscape Committees, chaired Earth Day since its inception, and volunteered with several other Forum groups. She appreciates The Forum’s governance model and believes effective leadership starts with listening, transparency, and thoughtful decision-making.
