Mrs. Stearns’ clinical background as a registered nurse and nurse practitioner served as a foundation for 25 years in medical device R&D.  Her time in the industry was devoted to development and oversight of domestic and international clinical trials. At The Forum, she has implemented avenues for resident engagement and chaired our Emergency Preparedness Committee.
