Geraldine Soderberg is a retired attorney with extensive experience in real estate law, foreclosure operations, estate planning, trusts, and probate. During her 14 years at Chicago Title Company in Los Angeles, she served as a high-liability underwriting attorney for the Western Region and oversaw foreclosure operations throughout Southern and Central California.

Since moving to The Forum, Geraldine has served as chair of The Forum Resident Council, represented Building 2 on the FRC, and served on several committees, including Architectural Review and Welcome. She values The Forum community and is committed to helping maintain its property values while continuing to improve the community for its residents.
