Romy is passionate about turning retirement into something to look forward to. She loves how the vibrant community at The Forum provides a sense of fun and meaning for seniors. Through her work, she hopes to make a difficult decision, like moving from your family home, easier for residents. Getting to know each resident and their story is the most rewarding part of her work.  

As a recent empty-nester, Romy is excited to enter a new chapter of her life with her husband. With that, she hopes to travel to new places and have new, exciting experiences.
