For Dean, food is a way to connect with residents. He is always looking for ways to turn a simple meal into an opportunity to brighten someone’s day, celebrate a special moment, and help residents feel at home. That sense of purpose is what has continued to inspire him since joining The Forum in 2021. Dean enjoys learning about each resident’s life, their traditions, and the foods that bring back special memories.

Thanks to his daughters, Dean enjoys watching musical theater when he is not at work. Along with his daughters and wife, Dean has a trouble-making Weimaraner that keeps his life exciting. He also enjoys volunteering with his community and church.
